(IATA CODE: SZT) is a Class-A forwarding agent company approved by originally-called Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (currently-called as Chinese Commerce Ministry), one of the biggest appointed A/F forwarding sales agents by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), a member of the Association of Shanghai Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker, and a formal member of IATA . Over the past two decades in this freight forwarding industry, SZT has fully dedicated itself to building up its own brand and now is widely recognized as an esteemed company. For example, we have our own and independent bonded warehouse under the supervision of Shanghai Customs Bureau, which is equipped with our own bonded trucks, and near PVG we also have our own export warehouse which measures 3000 square meters which is armed with advanced storage facilities and truck fleets. By the help of these transportation facilities, we have extended our service to the fields of door-to-door, warehousing, air transportation.

提供出口代理从对内外签单-审核信用证-订舱-出口商检(商检换单)-出口报关、制作全套出口单据(箱单、发票、原产地证、品质证书)-装船-投保-审核议付单据-议付收汇-核销-退税等全程服务。将出口代理贸易、出口代理运输、出口代理报关三项服务串联在一起，组成了一个完整的链条。
若有出口退税，接着走以下流程-审核厂家增值税发票-核销-退税。
出口程序较为繁锁，牵扯环节较多，稍有不慎就会带来较大的经济损失，例如信用证诈骗，不符点交单，国内增值税发票不符无法退税等。千通国际将利用在这方面的多年工作经验和银行，税务等的多年合作关系，及时提醒客户，避免不必要的损失产生。认真仔细，按时收汇，早做准备，及时退税。无需客户过多参予，一个电话天鸣国际全部落实到位。
天鸣国际可以根据客户需要，代办其中部分业务，如代办原产地证(Form A、Form E、Form F和一般原产地证C/O)，代办商检，代办产品预归类。专业、敬业是千通国际每一个员工的承诺!
公司承诺： 代理出口，在客户付款指令明确的前提下，收汇后24小时内付款。
(公司配备财务人员三名，基本可以保证当天的外汇当天或第二个工作日上午收回公司账户，并作出付款计划。)
为便于被代理商操作，现将主要流程明确如下：
1、外商与被代理商确认好报价，被代理商得到外商订单，且双方互相确认其他各项条款后，被代理商把订单和报价单提供给千通国际，与千通国际签订《出口代理协议》;
2、天鸣国际根据业务需要与外商签订外贸出口合同或者出具形式发票(Proforma Invoice);——被代理商需提供外方联系方式和联系人;
3、合同签订后，外商通过信用证(L/C)或者电汇(T/T)打款至千通国际，天鸣国际扣除代理费将相应货款付至被代理商指定帐户,被代理商收到货款后，在千通国际指定时间内开出增值税发票或者收据。
4、在FOB的条款下，天鸣国际代理提货并送至港口仓库、订舱，安排出口报关等港前事宜;
在CIF的条款下，除了上述工作，千通国际代理货物装船、并把货物运输至外商指定境外港口，船开后，船公司签发提单。
5、天鸣国际在安排货物操作时，同时整理全套出口单据，并在货物抵达始发港前将出口单据转交报关员手中;在船舶离港后1个半月左右，海关会将核销单/关单返还千诺国际。
6、船开后，天鸣国际整理全套提货单据(箱单、发票、提单、原产地证)，并开具应收账单，被代理商支付产生的拖车费、港口各项清关费用、海运费和因此而产生的其他费用，款到千诺国际帐后，千诺国际放单。
7、被代理商将全套出口单据寄给国外，以便外商安排进口提货事宜;
8、海关退回出口单据后，天鸣国际安排后续核销退税事宜。

与被代理商之间的操作配合还要视业务的具体情况而定。
